The Youth agro entrepreneurship symposium 2018 is second edition of National youth agriculture entrepreneurship conference organized by 4-H Nepal. The first conference was held in July 4&5, 2016 in kathmandu Nepal. After huge success of first edition. This symposium aims at addressing problem in agriculture by putting agricultural key leaders together with small rural farmers from different parts of Nepal to actually define a positive strategy to collaborate in terms of new technology, access to funding and ex-change of experience.
The Youth Agro Entrepreneurship Symposium 2018 is to give a chance to rural farmers enslaved in their villages across Nepal to present their products and to mingle with industrial farmers so that they can collaborate together to move from an archaic agricultural sector using rudiment instruments to using modern equipment and new technology to boost their production.

देशको कुल ग्राहस्थ्य उत्पादनको एक तिहाइ भन्दा बढी कृषि क्षेत्रबाट प्राप्त हुने र दुइ तिहाइ भन्दा बढी जनसंख्या रोजगारी तथा जिविकोपार्जनका लागि यस क्षेत्रमा निर्भर रहेपनि देशमा खाद्य सुरक्षा नभएकोले नेपालको अर्थतन्त्र र खाद्य सुरक्षा प्राप्तगर्नकोलनगि कृषि क्षेत्रको महत्वपुर्ण भुमिका रहेको स्पष्ट छ । युवाहरुलाई कृषि क्षेत्रमा आकर्षित गरी कृषि उत्पादन र उत्पादकत्वमा वृद्धि गर्ने र कृषि क्षेत्रको व्यवसायीकरणलाई सरकारले जोड दिनु आवश्यक रहेको परिपेक्षामा सरकारले आय आर्जन वढाउन युवा लक्षित कृषि व्यवसायलाई गाउँ गाउँसम्म लैजानु कति महत्वपूर्ण छ भन्नेकुराको निकर््योल गर्न यो सम्मेलनको प्रस्ताव गरीएको हो
७७ ओटै जिल्लाबाट कृषि तथा उद्यममा संलग्न इच्छुक युवाहरु मध्येबाट १२० जनालाई प्रतिस्प्रर्धाको आधारमा छनौट गरिनेछ । प्रत्येक आवदेकले आफूले गर्ने कृषि योजना तथा कार्यक्रमहरुको बारेमा विस्तृत विवरण उल्लेख गर्नु पर्नेछ । युवाहरुलाई कृषि क्षेत्रमा आकर्षित गरी कृषि उत्पादन र उत्पादकत्वमा वृद्धि गर्ने र कृषि क्षेत्रको व्यवसायीकरणलाई युवामैत्री बनाउन दोस्रो युवा कृषि उद्यम सम्मलेन २०७४ आयोजना गर्न लागिएको हो
